Return/Refund Policy:

You may return or exchange any unused product within 30 days of delivery date. Please just contact us at the email address above for a return label. 

Our products are all handmade - if you receive a product that is faulty in any way, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for the option of a full refund or replacement of the product. 

Shipping Policies: 

Items are shipped First Class Mail USPS with tracking unless payee paid for the upgraded expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is shipped Priority Mail USPS.

Facebook release orders have a 5–10 business day production turnaround after payment is completed.

Website orders have a 5–10 business day production turnaround. Shipping transit time is separate.
